Shipping Policy
How Long Does Shipping Take? All orders are processed in 2-3 business days. Please allow 3-6 weeks delivery time as most of our inventory ships from our warehouse overseas. Please note for any orders of 2 or more items, each item may be shipped separately, resulting in items being delivered at different times/days even if the order was placed all together. Due to the COVID-19, you may experience longer than normal shipping times.
How Can I Track My Order? Tracking numbers are sent to the email you provided at checkout. Once your order has been processed at the shipping facility a tracking number will be issued. You can track your order by going to the Track Your Order page on the main menu and entering the tracking number that was emailed to you.
My Order Is Taking Longer Than Expected... We strive to always provide the best experience for our customers, however once an order leaves our facility we no longer have control of it, therefore any shipping concerns must be brought to the attention of the courier. The majority of our orders ship by UPS or USPS (if located in the United States). When you search your tracking number you will be able to see which company is responsible for your package.
