Digital Products/MRR Terms and Conditions

1. Product Delivery

Upon purchase, customers will receive immediate access to the MRR course materials via download links or login credentials, delivered electronically to the email address provided during the purchase process.

2. License Agreement

Customers are granted an exclusive, revocable license to resell the course materials for personal or commercial purposes, in accordance with the terms outlined in the MRR license agreement. Modification of the course materials is not permitted.

 

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and proprietary information, remain the property of SIREN OPULENCE, the original content creators, or owners.

4. No Guarantee of Results

While the course materials are provided with the intention of helping customers achieve their goals, there is no guarantee of specific results. Individual outcomes may vary based on factors such as effort, skill level, and market conditions.

 

5. Chargeback Policy

Customers must agree not to initiate unwarranted chargebacks through their payment provider. In the event of a dispute or issue with the purchase, customers are required to contact SIREN OPULENCE customer support first to attempt resolution.

If a customer initiates a chargeback without attempting to resolve the issue through customer support, SIREN OPULENCE reserves the right to revoke access to the purchased course materials and terminate the customer's license agreement.

 

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are generally not provided for digital products due to their intangible nature and the provision of immediate access upon purchase. Exceptions may be made in cases of technical issues preventing access to the course materials, at the discretion of SIREN OPULENCE.

 

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes or disagreements arising from the purchase or use of the course materials shall be resolved through negotiation and good faith efforts to reach a mutually acceptable resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached, either party may seek legal recourse as permitted by law.
