Requests for returns beyond 30 days from delivery will be respectfully declined. We appreciate your understanding. Unfortunately, exchanges or refunds cannot be accommodated for orders delivered more than 30 days ago.
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll promptly notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed immediately, with credits applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days, contingent on your bank's processing time.
Certain items, such as perishable goods and intimate or sanitary products, are exempt from return. Please carefully read our item descriptions as photos may slightly differ due to lighting or monitor variations.
